Error: no submission handler

Your request cannot be processed due to one of the following reasons:

You have not submitted the web form for a long period (timeout).
You have used the 'back' button of your browser and submitted the web form again (which should not be done in order to avoid the double submission of data).
The web server has been rebooted.
